Shipping & Returns



All orders are processed and dispatched as promptly as possible.

We use Australia post and local couriers for shipping.

Delivery time is dependent on your location but if you feel you should have received your item then please contact us.

Please note: Parcels will not be left if no one is in attendance. If no one is at the delivery address to take delivery of your parcel then you will be carded by Australia Post or the Courier with details to pick up your parcel from your local Australia Post or Courier Depot.

If on receipt of your item you find it to be damaged, faulty or not as described we will gladly replace the item or refund your purchase amount provided the following conditions are met:

1. The item is returned within 14 days of purchase to the address shown below.

2. The item must be returned in its original packaging and in an unused and saleable condition unless damaged prior to you receiving it.

Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you used to make payment.

All refunds are made at the discretion of Goulburn Valley Cakes.

Returned items must include the following details to enable processing:

1. Your Order number / Invoice Number

2. Your Name, Address and Contact details

Items can be returned in person to our store between the hours as listed below or posted.

If posting items please post with a tracking number as we are not responsible for items if they are not received by us.

Return postage or transport costs are the responsibility of the customer.
