Shipping & Returns
We use Australia Post to delivery your orders.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
When we receive your orders they are packed and dispatched as quickly as possible.
Orders are normally dispatched the same day if received on a business day or the next business day if received on a weekend.
When dispatched, delivery time is dependent on the destination and other factors such as public holidays.
Approximate delivery times are:
Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide & Canberra between 2 to 5 days
Tasmania, Northern Territory, Western Australia between 5 to 7 days
More remote areas 5 to 12 days
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can track your parcels journey.
Australia Post Express shipping is also available and is calculated at the checkout.
The Weight of your order is the greater of the physical weight and the calculated cubic weight when packed.
The cubic weight of a parcel is calculated by using the following industry standard calculation:
Length (m) x Width (m) x Height (m) x 250 = Kg
A parcel weighs 1kg
Its dimensions are Length 10cm, Width 30cm & Height 20cm
Then the cubic calculation would be: 0.1m x 0.3m x 0.2m x 250 = 1.5kg
The shipping weight used is the greater of the physical weight (1kg) and the cubic calculated weight (1.5kg)
So in this example the shipping weight of the parcel is 1.5kg
The maximum we can send in one parcel via Australia Post is 21kg
PICK UP FROM STORE
You can choose to pick up your orders from our store at 7953b Goulburn Valley Hwy Kialla Victoria 3631.
When we have processed and packed your order we will contact you to advise that it is ready for pick up.
Orders can be picked up during business hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm & Sat 9am-1pm
SHIPPING BY QUOTE
If you would like us to quote the shipping cost before you order then you can contact us by phone or email and we will find the best rate for your parcel size, weight and destination.
Sorry, we currently only ship to Australian addresses.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
If on receipt of your item you find it to be damaged, faulty or not as described we will gladly replace the item or refund your purchase amount provided the following conditions are met:
1. The item is returned within 14 days of purchase to the address shown below.
2. The item must be returned in its original packaging and in an unused and saleable condition unless damaged prior to you receiving it.
Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you used to make payment.
All refunds are made at the discretion of Goulburn Valley Cakes.
Please contact us before returning items to discuss the reason for return.
Returned items must include the following details to enable processing:
1. Your Order number / Invoice Number
2. Your Name, Address and Contact details
Items can be returned in person to our store between the hours as listed below or posted.
If posting items please post with a tracking number as we are not responsible for items if they are not received by us.
Return postage or transport costs are the responsibility of the customer.
